The Muroran Factory, located on the site of The Japan Steel Works, Ltd. (JSW)
produces and ship various products manufactured daily by our highly skilled workers.
At the Muroran Factory, we manufacture a wide range of plant equipment and
facilities used across diverse industries—including chemicals, food processing,
energy, water and wastewater, and waste treatment—through an integrated production process
covering raw material cutting and machining, fabrication, welding, and final assembly.
Our flagship product, the steam tube dryer, is subject to pressure vessel regulations.
The Muroran Factory has not only extensive experience in complying with Japanese standards,
but also with U.S. (ASME), Chinese, and European (PED) regulations,
and has a proven track record of exports to these markets.
Beyond manufacturing our own proprietary designs,
we also offer contract manufacturing services, or OEM.
Furthermore, we leverage JSW’s port facilities to enable efficient sea freight for
oversized equipment.
